This document from A4S (Answer For Success) introduces the “Super Star” program, a pathway to success for members. The selection period runs from January 2025 to December 2025.
Participation in this program begins with building 6 downlines (3 left / 3 right). This includes both direct sponsors (G1) and all qualified deep downlines. To qualify as a Super Star, members must achieve 40 CV in each category (registration, upgrade, and maintenance).
The Super Star program has several levels based on the qualification period:
- Super Star 1 Month (Q1): Receives a Super Star pin.
- Super Star 3 Months (Q3): Receives a T-shirt.
- Super Star 6 Months (Q6): Receives a polo shirt.
- Super Star 12 Months (Q12): Receives a jacket.
- Super Star 24 Months (Q24): Receives an honorary badge.
- Super Star 36 Months (Q36): Receives an honorary badge.
- Super Star 48 Months (Q48): Receives an honorary badge.
The program’s goals are to “Be a Super Star,” “Build Super Stars,” and “Multiply Super Stars.”
Additionally, the document provides information on position levels and estimated income, such as:

Income is dependent on the LB + MTB structure and the number of generations.
